CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Dubai, Scotland, Germany, Sri Lanka. Growing up abroad these are the places Jennifer called home, in doing so she couldn't help but develop a curiosity of world cultures. In particular, she was and is drawn to the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, the commitment to continuous, consistent improvement over time.

Jennifer's goal is to build a sustainable engine between ONMEDIA and Z-labs by combining media, research, and development, then assembling a motivated culture around it. Being patient and embracing risk are two traits that effectively describe a successful COO. Understanding when to pivot, as well as leveraging success and accomplishments defines who Jennifer is.

With a cellphone in one hand and her chihuahua in the other, Jennifer is always prepared to take the next challenge head on.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Pursuing dreams is something Nathaniel is quite familiar with. Since launching ONMEDIA, he has grown the business from a small startup to a fully-fledged, multidisciplinary creative agency specializing on lifestyle brands and tech startups.

For anyone who knows Nathaniel personally, such success should come as no surprise. He has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial projects such as the local design initiative MakeSpace TO, technology pioneer Z-labs, and CSR measuring platform eevig.

For Nathaniel, there is no limit, only innovation. His ability to combine creativity and technical ability are the inspiration behind ONMEDIA.
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Talented. Original. Perfectionist. Relentless. These are good qualities to have in a creative individual. From strategies to graphic and web design, Chris Moull's work has been a driving force behind the growth of ONMEDIA. Drawing on his vast knowledge, fresh perspective and idiosyncratic spirit, he creates looks that stand out as much as they draw you in.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Elliott's the token Aussie who chose Toronto over Whistler because he couldn't see the point in moving from one Australian town to another. Since then he has fully embraced the Canadian way of life from putting bacon on everything, to trying to make friends with people who own cottages as summer approaches.

During his time down under, Elliott has worked as a storyliner for serial drama, Neighbours, as well as a script coordinator for Ben Elton's latest sketch comedy show. He has also production experience on everything from small independent videos to multi-million dollar feature films.

Elliott's creative experience and desire to succeed gives him the ability to develop groundbreaking strategies for clients each and every time.
STRATEGIC DIRECTOR

Chris arrived at ONMEDIA from a financial background bringing sound marketing expertise. His love of crunching numbers and analyzing research is matched only by the desire to test his creativity.

One of Chris' core values is that he is a natural people person, which is key in an industry that thrives on relationship building. In his spare time, Chris is a tour guide, which allows hime to further improve his relationship skills by meeting new people from across the globe.
PHOTOGRAPHY

A native of Seoul, South Korea Henny developed a love for photography when she moved to Vancouver. Growing up in British Columbia allowed Henny to draw inspiration from the wilderness, which is evidently expressed in her photography.

Working along side fashion photographers Henny developed a passion for fashion, and allowed her to explore other areas of photography and hone her skills as an artist. She has the ability to transform everyday normality into a harmonious showcase of colour and light.
FILM PRODUCTION

Jorge (pron.: / hor-hay) finished high school in Venezuela and left his home behind for the sun soaked beaches of Florida. After spending time in Florida and New Brunswick, Jorge completed his communications degree in Montreal, now he has hung up his keys and found a home in Toronto.

Highly creative with firm focus on film direction, Jorge holds limitless vision as to what can be developed. His love of media is stretched across different genres of film ranging from drama to documentaries. Jorge's greatest achievement in cinema was directing his own independent foreign movie when he was just 22 years old.

Jorge's first entrepreneurial brush came at the age of 10, when he decided to sell all of his toys in order to buy a new Nintendo Game Cube. Once Jorge has set his mind to it he can achieve anything, his dedication and vast knowledge of audiovisual production make Jorge a strong creative strategist.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Betty was born and raised in Ethiopia, which helped shape and develop her love for art at a young age. Betty draws her inspiration from 80's nostalgia print, which is evident in her artistic style.

Betty's love of design is rivaled only by her love of food. A self-proclaimed food connoisseur, Betty is now diving head first in to developing her very own Ethiopian cookbook, which lucky for us, contains coveted family dishes.

With an eye for style and a vision for all things creative, Betty utilizes her design skills to develop user interfaces and responsive applications. Her goal is to use her experience to promote self- awareness in Ethiopia and forever change the landscape of her home from a creative perspective.
MOTION GRAPHICS

One random day, Stephen opened his eyes and was suddenly born. He looks for creative ways of solving puzzles while creating graphics that help clients solve their problems as well.

A convicted roamer, Stephen has travelled the globe from Brazil to Toronto. He enjoys the little things in life and can even appreciate eating a burrito on the streetcar so he may watch the world pass by the window.

Ideologically driven by a synthesis of creativity, all of his ideas and theories he has ever come across are inspired by life itself. Stephen is constantly looking for the next great challenge that will make breathing worthwhile.
WEB DEVELOPMENT

Wes is a web developer. He spends his whole day, practically every day, experimenting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He does it well.

Wes is curious and enjoys work that challenges him to learn something new and stretch in a different direction. An instant learner, Wes stays on top of changes in the web world so that he can meet challenges with tools well suited to the job at hand.
WEB DEVELOPMENT

Talwinder is up front, so to speak. Exceeding client expectation and working with the best people is what makes Talwinder who he is. He loves having fun and innovating every step of the way, using everything he has at his disposal to push the boundaries of the internet as far as they will go.
COMMUNITY MANAGER

Victoria Hoffman is a graduate of the Semiotics and Communication Theory program at the University of Toronto. Since she created a Facebook profile in 2007, Victoria has developed a passion for community management and social media marketing. Victoria has experience developing social media strategies for a number of blogs, companies and groups.

One of her proudest moments was being retweeted by the official HBO Game of Thrones twitter handle.
